Maritime Organization (IMO)" gived different amendments in order to reduce the polluting emissions produced
 by ships.There is a natural and continuous concern marine pollution implement requirements
 stipulated Annex VI of International Convention for Prevention Pollution Marine
 Environment - MARPOL; The emission carbon dioxide C02, gases resulting from naval propulsion
 engines, has alarming values, considering that C02 main negative factor producing greenhouse
 effect implicitly global warming. Shipbuilders are aware ship engines emit harmful exhaust and
 certain chemical compounds dangerous human health environment. One way reducing
 using unconventional energies captured environment, outside ship, like solar
 or wind, which lead saving part fossil fuels lubricants consumed on board ships.
 Indirectly this earth's fuel reserves can also be preserved. In paper, we have studied hybrid
 system formed non-conventional electricity generating systems (a Flettner Balloon four large vertical
 wind turbines) conventional one uses fuel. system
